The city is a place where we are constantly in transition. Transit Mantra is a light and sound installation that reflects the energy of our movements in the urban landscape. The installation 'grows' like a technological moss on concrete surfaces. When it detects human movement, it activates its subtle lights and sounds like a swarm of fire flies.

This pioneer installation is placed in a long dark tunnel, lighting up whenever cyclists and pedestrians pass through, and leaving behind their visible trace when others approach the tunnel. This improves both the sense of safety as well as the experience of transitioning from A to B.
